Cleaned the hot side today
We clean our hot side with a 15-minute (min) Acid wash and then a 15-minute (min) 180-degree Caustic wash. Both of these steps are followed by a 180-degree burst rinse from the HLT. With our brewhouse we only need to hook up 2 hoses as each tank has its own process pump which we use for the cleaning cycles.
