THE CLUB

Welcome to the first annual BOXCAR friends mug club. We created the BFMC to give back to our most loyal customers and to build community amongst our friends. We hope that you enjoy this year’s benefits. We offer the mug club membership in a rolling subscription that is renewed every year on the date you first subscribe. Mug Club numbers are assigned based upon when you subscribe.

  • THE MUG: We are starting simple with a 20oz branded glass mug, marked with 16oz and 8oz pour lines and the mug club banner.
  • THE POUR: Mug Club members enjoy a $1 discount on house draft beer every hour that we are open. You also get 16oz and 8oz pours in the mug club 20oz mug.
  • THE GIFTS: Members receive a Mug Club Tee, a free mug fill on their birthday, and a 4” Mug Club logo sticker. But I don’t want any gifts, use the no gifts link below.
  • THE DISCOUNTS; Enjoy $2 off to go beer; 4-packs, crowlers, and growlers, plus 15% off branded merchandise
  • THE EVENTS: Every Sunday Funday, your first mug fill (full or half pour) is on us. On the last Sunday of the month, hang out with the brewer and chat about beer, life, family, sports, travel, and more. Plus, you'll get access to an exclusive annual party on the Second Sunday in January, where we pick next year’s mug/logo. We'll close the taproom and hold an all-inclusive party for our members.

How much does membership cost?
  • Mug club price is $100.00 (plus tax & service fee) annually.
  • Optionally you can subscribe for $50 (plus tax and service fee) but this does not include “THE GIFTS”
How old do I need to be to join the Mug Club?
  • You must be at least 21 years old to join the Mug Club.
When can I use my mug?
  • Mugs may only be used during business hours at Boxcar unless specified by a private event.
Can my friend use my membership?
  • Membership is non-transferable – your mug will be linked to your ID, and you can’t allow friends, relatives, neighbors, etc. to use your membership. Still feel free to bring these people in to drink with you though.
  • No shipping, and again, no sharing with friends. You should live nearby to make this worth it.
  • Each person is allowed to have a maximum of one membership.
How long is the membership?
  • Membership is valid for 12 months, from the date of subscription. New mugs will be ordered every Month for the prior month’s subscriptions. If you have any questions about the Mug Club, feel free to email us at BoxcarBrewWorks@gmail.com . We're here to help!
What if I don't want any gifts?

It's all about the beer then! You won't get the shirt, Birthday beer, or sticker but still get the free first pour on Sunday and $1 off your beer any time. This option is available at a $50 subscription rate.
